I set up a consultation through my group life insurance plan, about a month back-turns out, total waste. Attorney didn’t show, no call, nothing. Two hours past time, I ring up… front desk gets nasty, says holidays, whatever, they’re slammed, why don’t I just bounce? Straight up told me they were too busy for me. No apology, no reschedule-just rude dismissal. If you’re on that insurance plan and want someone who gives a damn about your slot, look elsewhere. Wasted my time and theirs acting like customers don’t count. busy in the courts.
