Beth McCarter is a highly-respected attorney and a wonderful person. She helped me navigate a contentious family situation with dignity and grace and I will always be grateful to her for her legal counsel. There were so many possibilities for things to get worse. Beth helped me avoid all of them. Her kindness toward my adversaries I believe helped set the tone for healing and reconciliation, which is really the best I could hope for anyone when the dispute between parties is a estate/probate matter. I will always be grateful to her for her good counsel.

I recall the Dunlop/McCarter's as sincere and caring people as was their father, Mr. Dudley Dunlop, before them. I was verbally berated by one of the employees (believe he was an attorney - short white male in late 50s with gray hair). I accidentally parked in an employee only parking lot. I saw no signage that indicated this parking was for employees only. My car was parked for approximately 10-12 minutes. When I returned to my vehicle, he approached me and began shouting. He was NOT wearing a mask. I asked him to step back for my own protection as we are in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic. He did not step back. I told him it was a mistake and apologized explaining that I thought this was public parking. He continued to shout and would not step away so that I could move my vehicle. After I advised him multiple times this was an accident and that I would not park here again, he finally stepped away
