Dunham & Jones

I retained this firm to represent a loved one on related county and state charges. I was told the fee would cover the full representation. After being passed between multiple attorneys over several months, my loved one still does not know the specific charges against him, has not seen discovery, and the only defense “strategy” discussed was to wait and see what plea deal might be offered. The only substantive action taken during this time was a competency evaluation requested by counsel. Seven days before what would have been his fourth or fifth court setting, the firm withdrew from representation. No refund, partial or otherwise, was offered. We are now back at square one. I cannot recommend this firm. Would rate ZERO stars if possible.
