I would not recommend anyone to this firm. After winning my case, they left me hanging to figure things out my own. I was suppose to have a follow-up with my attorney and I had to call a month later to find out what my next steps were. After speaking with my attorney, I had a few questions for her and she told me she'd have to get back to me. I waited for a month and never received a call back. When I called to find out what was going on, she asked me what were the questions I had again, she still didnt have the answer and told me she'd get back to me in a few days. Guess what... she never called. When I spoke with Mrs. Duncan in regards to all of this, so she could be informed on what was happening. She had every excuse in the book and stuck up for her employee. She couldnt in fact acknow

This is the best Law Firm around. They made everything extremely clear and easy. The process was shorter than expected. Just by putting their reputable name on my paperwork, I won my case. They also helped give my family a wonderful Christmas. Thank You so much for everything!

First off disability can take a long time! Every one's case is different! I'll speak about my experience. I was referred to Duncan Disability through family. When I started my application Duncan was very responsive and answered all my questions and explained the process making it a pleasant experience! As my health started to decline more I was getting more frustrated with the system and SSDI. But I was staying in contact with Duncan disability and the would always assure me that they would stick with me and find out updates? After a year and half things finally started to get rolling fast!! Christine was a great help!! She was amazing!! Rebecca also was working with my case!! So hang in there Disability can be a long drawn out process!! I definitely recommend Duncan Disability Law!! Again

I had Adam as an attorney and I filed for ssi for my mental health not my physical health and explained that to him and he didnt listen. He didnt disclose all my mental health issues only 3 of them ans the judge ran all over him and me not letting me talk not letting me express any of my disabilities and all adam did was sit there and barely helped me. Now I have to Appeal federal court which they said they didn't want to help with and I got an attorney our of Indiana who says my disabilities are severe and they can get the job done federally and re applying for ssi where Duncan didnt do nothing but waste my time and did nothing to help me just let people run all over them. They need to get better attorney's to work for them cause in my opinion they are unreliable and suck as attorney and

I just want to say to you folks, I started my claim on my own, I was denied twice and was feeling totally hopeless, then Duncan Disability Law stepped in and took all the pressure and stress off, and stuck it out with me until I was approved. Thank you guys😊
