I called her 1 week after my Mom passed away and left a message for her to call me about my Mom's Will. That was nearly a year ago. She never called me back. I have the phone records to prove this. She is unprofessional and incompetent. I will be turning her into the bar association and I am legally coming after her.

Karen was my uncle's estate lawyer, Robert Haeberle. Over 5 years after his death neither his or his wife's death dates are inscribed on their tombstone ( Martha Haeberle). It's my understanding that all bills are to be paid by the executor who was a niece Paula Freeland and i would assume that the paid attorney would help- see that that was done. Maybe it's Paula's fault and not hers, i don't know for sure but i've called her office and left my name and phone number and told her the reason i was calling and she has never got back to me. maybe this review will get a response.

She is the absolute best family attorney. When I need help she is with me every step of the way

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience with this woman. She was supposed to be co guardianship with me. She did nothing but charge me for EVERYTHING! She would email a doctor charge me 75.00 for an Email, phone call to hospital 75.00, etc... I did everything she worked AGAINST me. She never once asked how’s your dad doing?! All she cared about was ASSETS! Heartless! I read all the reviews on her and they are so right about her. She caused me nightmares! My poor dad lay there dying and all she cared about was adding up her bill. I really don’t know how she sleeps at night? I spoke with other guardians and they couldn’t believe what and how she treated me. I’m going to pray for her. I’m focusing on my dad . Very knowledgeable and understanding of laws and regulations. Really cared about client and listened to family and helped with options and ideas of what outcomes could be. Would highly recommend her, as she was highly recommended to me.
