I am writing per my experience with DSS Law and more so Nicole. I was in a position that needed assistance in a time sensitive matter and she was able to put things aside and see me just as such. Her and I talked about the many points I had and had questions about and as I did she walked me threw step by step what I would be looking at if I wanted to take my lawsuit any further. She was thorough but did not come off like an attorney who wanted to just take my money. Not only this but our consultation went much longer than anticipated and she was extremely kind and patient. Unlike the several others I spoke to. I then ended up hiring her for the case and left a retainer. She worked at it in the time she told me. Completely unprofessional. I contacted DSS Law months ago and I was assigned to Nicole S Miller, she assured me that she could help with a private vehicle sale issue. She stayed in contact for a week or 2 and then completely ignored every attempt to contact her. I called at least 5 times and sent at least 5 emails with no response. The last email I sent was September 26th 2024, it's now January 11th 2025 and it's now time to write a review. I am giving 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option.
