If I could give a lower rating I would. Regardless whether an 'employee' feels that my issue is important/valid/timely in my opinion is not their job. I called to discuss a matter with real estate on April 4th, Thursday. I was never told by Jill that she would not even present the information to an attorney over a week later. At this moment, it hasn't even been presented to an attorney. April 12th, Friday. I feel if I ask direct questions, I should get a direct answer. When asked why I was not told that it would not be presented to an attorney for over a week, I was told I was free to go to another attorney. The customer service is questionable at best. True that he is the worst attorney to deal with. Mr. Stein told my ex to change the locks on the house so I couldn’t get my personal belongings. Of coarse he quotes “you didn’t hear this from me”. Five years later still don’t have not received my stuff. Also, he denied to my attorney that he was representing my ex. Little did he know that all communication via Xfinity with transcripts was coming to me since the account was in my name. I had also more than five people tell me this as well.
