Im absolutely appalled at how the attorney Deana spoke to me,as a prospective client. I was looking for representation to a urgent issue I was having. Unbeknownst to me DRS doesn't provide representation for my particular issues. I called multiple times to inquire about my issues ( I was just trying to support small local businesses), but she was busy with other clients . When she was able to returning my call (24hrs later)she was SOOO rude making me clearly aware she was unable to help me and to stop calling her office immediately.
