My husband is currently having a case and they told him that settlement was taken care of meaning the check has been received by them. The problem is the adjuster. This has taken several months. I blame it to the adjuster that is taking so long to resolve this. In my opinion this shouldn't take that long especially when my husband is counting on this check which by law is his. The only reason I wouldn't advise people to take their cases with his law group is because they are dragging to much and they are not good at giving updates as requested. That is like playing and wasting the time of their clients.
