Problem with settlement, no medical bills paid. On a policy of 250,000 insurance policy Settled for $6000.00 after atty fees. Been paying for those specific medical bills on Social Security Disability income for both my wife and I. Refuses to give copies of file on work he has done even though I paid for it in full.
