I hired Ted Dillworth due to a few recommendations. I feel as though he did not help my case, but maybe even made it worse. I supplied a huge stack of supporting information, facts on everything I was fighting against. When important areas come up and I asked "did you mention this which I gave you in the paperwork" his response was "I must have missed that". I got that response when i pointed things out several times. Also when asked to look into a previous record, I was told he would do so on several occasions and he never actually did. If he actually would have done his job and fought for me, the outcome would have been different. This being said, I am extremely unhappy and I feel as though I did not get what I paid for.

I have had dealings with Dow's for many years and recently was represented by Ted Dilworth in small claims court. He was well prepared, professional, and helped us get back money we deserved. Would recommend these guys every day of the week for your legal needs!

Family and friends of Kim Sawyer (who was killed on her motorcycle by an inattentive driver that did not heed the stop sign) have been greatly disappointed by Edward “Ted” Dilworth lll and his lack of professionalism to honor in the very least of his services in filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the woman within the 2 year statute of limitations. Shameful!

This office staff is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Ted Dilworth is possibly one of the worst attorneys I’ve ever worked with.

I recommend Ted Dilworth to ANYONE he is an amazing lawyer and he gets things done. He was great to work with and so was his assistant
