Downs, Beste & Blackson, LLC Law Firm demonstrated a complete disregard for a child’s best interest / safety. In my experience, their actions appeared focused solely on protecting their client at any cost—even when that meant defending against Child Protective Services (CPS) findings which revealed substantial physical harm to a very young child (2 yr old). Rather than acting responsible, it felt like this firm enabled and reinforced false narratives, supported misleading claims, and amplified accusations that were not grounded in truth. Watching attorneys back a client who, in my opinion, was lying and making fabricated accusations only made an already volatile custody situation significantly worse.
