Downard & Associates

I had the worst experience with Downard& Associates please save yourself the headache. They have poor communication skills and the staff is rude as if bothered by your calls whenever you are seeking information and updates. They act like you work for them! Lazy and unprofessional at best.

Not even worth the phone call, very unprofessional, They will not keep you updated. The day before my hearing and I only got a call back because I called and left a VERY angry voice mail. After a year and half of this mess , I was told I didn't qualify . I would have left 0 stars but it required 1 to leave the review.

Downard and Associates was wonderful to work with. I had no knowledge of what to expect throughout this process but they handled everything for me, communicated with me and explained everything to me when I didn’t understand something. The entire process was also much shorter than I expected. I will definitely refer them to friends and family

Do yourself a favor and choose a different law firm. This law firm is very underhanded and conniving and will not return phone calls and will not reach out to you you're on your own in this. Find a better lawyer they are not worth it at all

When you call, they are friendly .. But far as communicating with you that’s not so well. You have to continuously call them for updates instead of the other way around.
