We hired this firm to represent my small business. I really only every rate businesses when I adore them, but in this case the situation was enough that people should know, since addressing it directly with the firm had no results. Curt Runger represented us in a legal dispute by sending a letter that did have a positive result. However, we hired them with an evergreen retainer (I have the ongoing representation paperwork and gave them $3,000 in advance), so when another issue arose, I called the office to set an appointment.
