Honestly, I would give him a higher score if i could. As an out-of-state driver who happened to pass by Smyth County, VA, and was unlucky enough to receive a ticket, Doug was there for me from start to finish. Out of many Lawyers who consulted me, Doug was the only one who laid down the facts, explained to me step by step to make sure I understood everything, as took the time to reassure me. He obviously can't promise any outcomes, but he provides well-detailed steps in mitigating the outcome. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, got my misdemeanor reduced to defective.
