Highly, Highly recommend this firm. After spending way too much on another attorney and dragging out the divorce, almost 2 years, I retained Douglas Law Firm. They not only provided superior attention to detail, but they provided immidiate results. I can't thank them enough! Today my divorce is final, my kids are with me and we can finally move forward! Had a consultation scheduled quickly. The consultation felt went very well, the person on the other line was very polite, seemed knowledgeable and sounded like he cared about the case. This was 3 weeks ago and I have since followed up twice, giving it a week each time. While I understand it's the holidays, I would have expected a simple "We will get back with you shortly". This of course doesn't give me the confidence that communication will be handled well. I've since moved on, a simple reply to either confirm or stating we wouldn't be a good fit would have gone a long way.

Attorney John Steinmetz was extremely polite and helpful to my family during a difficult time dealing with my father's estate. Mr Steinmetz went out of his way on more than one occasion to help us during this matter. I would not hesitate to use him or this firm again.
