Truth be told I was the Defendant in a case where Douglas Kinz was representing my ex-wife and he is just not an honest man. He straight up lied to me on more than one occasion which I can corroborate with emails. Basically this guy is a typical sleazy divorce lawyer that just needs to retire already & there also needs to be some serious Divorce Reform to address issues that plague this entire process. Many of these issues involve the outright selfishness of the divorce attorneys themselves - it’s mind boggling that these people have access to your financial records and then they get to bill you for back & forth nonsense that could’ve been avoided or reduced. It’s absolutely ridiculous but I’m determined to make something good come from this and I will advocate hard for Divorce Reform
