Absolutely dreadful. A total waste of time. I wish I could have 0 stars as an option. Not only does he talk over you and never let you finish what you’re saying, he’s impatient. When trying to understand the situation we came to discuss, I was met with his remarks that included: * we’re not going to go there (when asking how a judge would know a medical condition of someone over their actual physician) * I’m not going to answer that question (when asking why he said something one way and then completely said the exact opposite a minute later. I asked him which one was correct) * if you’d like to interpret it that way, ok then (my response was that I chose to understand the law as it’s written, not leave it up to my own interpretation.) * I don’t remember saying that (which stemmed from why

I now own a home and they walked me through the highs, lows and stresses involved with kindness and patience. Special kudos to his office assistant Ronda - who would call/email whenever news had arrived or communication was needed. She was so KIND and HELPFUL right from my very first call to inquire about their services! She calmed my nerves as I went thru the process.
