I made an appointment with Scott, and we met with him months ago. We wanted his help with getting a will/trust (we are retirement age) . He took our information and was suppose to write up the paperwork. Months has passed and we cannot get a hold of him, he doesn’t return phone calls. He even mentioned during the appointment that he makes more money doing probate. So it seems like he doesn’t want to help with trusts. We wasted our time making the appointment and speaking about private things, just for him to do this to us.

He'll send you a bill many months later for a ridiculous amount and never lead on to how much you've accumulated from phone calls, emails and text messages etc . Misleads you to thinking things will end good only to find out you're in a huge debt to him! On top of that I was recharged for something I paid for early on. So had to call him out on that. Extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend him!

My family has had to work with Scott over the last year, and while they may not be the most pleasant of people, I've always been polite and professional in my interactions with Scott. He could not do the same though. He doesn't return emails, (multiple emails, over months, not returned), when he does respond, he's been rude. He is handling a family member's estate after death, and is taking his time, since he's already been paid, to distribute anything to family members in the will. He stated he would send out a notary, and still had not done that, 2 months later. He's honesty just horrible. I do NOT recommend him.

DO NOT HIRE! Very unprofessional, a liar and a thief. We hired Scott Doonan in a time of need, he has done nothing but cause more headache and heartache for our entire family. I would give him zero stars if I could.

Always helpful. Great advice in difficult times. We are very thankful.
