it's all bad. There is no good people skills or customer service. If you want to be left in the dark about your case then it will happen. The more you ask for clarification on anything the more rude they will become. If you try to set an appointment their receptionist will tell you they do not have access to attorneys schedule therefore they can't make an appointment. As far as their contract, he will speed you through the process and he will tell you it doesn't apply to you. Soon as you sign is when the rudeness begins and everything that didn't apply to you during the consultation it all applies to you soon as you sign. I decided to settle because I was tired of being lied to by the attorney assigned to case. Ask for the person I sat down with at consultation with and it didn't improve.

This firms seemed to be knowledgeable. Everyone I worked with was genuinely nice. I would recommend them if you felt comfortable with two satisfiers. 1- Estimates. I would ask them to put estimates in writing. In my case the cost were 7x what they verbally quoted. 2- Communication. Initially I spoke with one person, and another worked on my case. While I did not pay for the initial conversation, I might as well have. Lot of information was not communicated to the second person. We had lost of mistakes and errors on the demand letter draft. All the revisions cost $. Take a lot of notes. I would ask them to repeat back action items from calls. That will prevent the errors and additional billing.
