Nice enough guy, but found out that he was never going to assist with my issue, instead he was raking in over $2k from me because he was directly involved in the passing of papers in the past of my current issue and I was non the wiser. Timeliness was nessasary and now I am left with a mess to clean up. And he refused to represent me conveniently right after his first full payment. I do not like speaking ill of anyone, but this is unacceptable. After terminating our contract, I was able to find a reputable person to represent me and things have greatly improved.

Dishonest, Lack of professionalism, Expensive , very forgetful I honestly think Attorney Wells is approaching Demintia due to his judgement. A very conniving Attorney. If corrupt was a person this would be it. Just don't waste your time or money! Legally he is unfit but the only Attorney this city has so good luck!

He told my children dad to block my number and to loss all contact with us and not to see them.... He’s very unprofessional and thinks he’s better then everyone else....If I was able to do it he wouldn’t have any stars.....

Don has been our attorney for many years. He is professional, returns calls, and knows the law. However, he does have a condescending manner.

Very good at his job knows about the law
