Mr. Linsky deserves no stars, but this review application requires at least one! He was the most rude and abrupt attorney, heck for that matter, professional person, I have ever experienced. He asked me to come in 15 minutes early, then wasn't there and made me wait for about 25 minutes for him to come back from where ever he had gone. He wouldn't let me speak and after perusing my paperwork called me everything short of a criminal. He stuck his finger in the air and shushed me when I would try to talk to him and told me I was only trying to cause problems and create litigation. Now I am a professional and strong person. I can take productive criticism and know how to communicate. But this man is flat out rude. He said things like "you know you did this on purpose to cause litigation didn'

Took advantage of my family while we were mourning the loss of a dear family member. He doesn’t care about you or your situation. He’s money hungry and will do what he can to get everything he can. Do your research, go to a different attorney. Don’t fall for it. This man repulses me because we trusted him to help us and instead he takes advantage. We made the mistake of not doing our research, don’t follow in our footsteps.

Mr Linsky handled my family promptly and professionally. I referred him to my best girlfriend and she went to him. She ended up hiring him and was also very satisfied with him. I highly recommend him.

This hapless attorney actually mocked me for wearing a 1000 dollar hugo boss suit and tie to a meeting discussing my late Aunts inheritance to my mother.He had unscrupulously named himself as a second executor to her estate,when she was cognitively impaired and then proceeded to charge large fees to do his job as executor and whenever we met to discuss his fiduciary responsibilities and the ethically challenged nature of naming himself as co-executor,which is frowned upon and considered highly unethical.He overcharged and misappropriated funds which I have kept an exacting record of,however my Mother isn't litigious and wouldn't allow me to pursue Linsky in a court of law,however I still know he's an un ethical snake and always used allow my dogs to unburden their bowels in front of his e

His prior history of negative reviews speak for themselves. He is arrogant, rude and should not be working with the public.
