I had a great experience with Charlie and his staff. I had a very difficult case due to my past employment that had benefits that needed to be worked around. Charlie always kept me informed of what we needed to do and what steps needed to get completed before we could move on. I wasn't represented as I thought I should be since I was 75 when this happened. Recieved more help from his office staff. But still was treated as if I was not eligible for what I had coming. His favorite phrase is do you understand? Guess he thought I was stupid.
