Peter Skulikidis handled my mother's affairs....prepared her will back in 2015 and then after her passing helped me file probate and then for 2 years, navigate through the probate system and subsequently the closing of our family home. He is a rare gem...honest, ethical, easy going and extremely methodical when dealing with your affairs. Everything was executed in a timely manner. I can only say that I don't know how I would have managed getting through such a trying time without his help.
Peter Skulikidis should not be handling real estate transactions. He's slow, unresponsive, seemingly inexperienced, unrefined, and is not a good match to get a deal done smoothly.
