Total scam. Leslie continued to give one answer one day and literally the complete opposite the next. I have had to constantly reach out to see what is happening in my case. Our case started in July 2025 and yet to receive a penny even though it was supposedly settled with the other insurance company in October! With excuse after excuse. I would not recommend them to a single sole! Very very stressful experience. And I called your help number with zero return call back after trying 2 times and when I called the OKC office and told them I needed someone else to speak to she routed me right to Leslies assistants voice mail. No one in this office can give straight answers.
