Do not EVER USE THIS FIRM. These lawyers are criminals! We sold our house in KDH and they were going to wire the funds to pay off my mortgage. Mr. Dixon was the buyer’s attorney. The funds were stolen and we had to continue to pay a mortgage on a house that we no longer owned. I found out that this was the second time in 2023 that this happened to Mr. Dixon!! He would not take our calls and acted like it was totally normal to just ignore people after he made a huge mistake. His front desk lady told us to never call their office again and they would “figure this out on their own time”. He tried to get insurance to pay for his errors and it got denied and then he miraculously recovered the money 4 months later after insurance would not pay and we had to hire an attorney to go after h
Jean Dixon is a con artist. My mother was dying from brain cancer and was at Peak Resouces and we needed to get my Aunt to be power of attorney. Someone told her that Dixon and Dixon would do this for her and would be there on Monday to see another client anyways. When we called them Jean Louise Dixon told us it would cost 500.00 to do a power of attorney. She told us that she would have to see if my mom was of stable mind to even do the Power of attorney. Well she arrived and we went to my mom and she was not stable at all. Jean Dixon was in the room literally 5 to 10 minutes and said she could not do the Power of attorney. Which was fine. Great experience with our closing, very laid back and friendly. Great conversation with the attorney, We even got some additional insights into the area that will prove handy in the future. If we do real-estate on the islands again, we will surely use this group.
They don't follow through with their job. Three years later we still don't have our house in our names. Nice people but that's it.
They truly have a dedicated staff that will get you to the finish line.
