I hired the firm Divorce for Men Only in 2008 to represent me in the property division part of my divorce when my previous lawyer got sick and the owner, Neil Holmes, subcontracted the work to a lawyer named Dan Ryan. At court, Ryan was not only laughed at by opposing counsel, according to a woman not involved in our case who overheard them talking in the restroom, but he billed me over $650,000 for his poorly-documented "work" on the case. I'm sure he ripped me off. When I went to binding arbitration the same year to try to recover some of the money Holmes and Ryan took from me, I got a measly, $40,000 judgment. Holmes and Ryan filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying even that.

Neil presented a strong case to the judge, avoided messy and pointless litigation by keeping things factual and simple. A strong attorney is absolutely necessary going through this type of thing, and I know that Neil is the best fit for me. I had another attorney who did not handle my case well. Do not use this attorney! I paid for a divorce in full in 1992 when Mr.Holmes was with Jacoby & Meyers that was supposedly completed only to find out 2 years ago that I am still married and my case is still open online on the Superior Court website! When I contacted Mr. Holmes regarding this he told me he was not obligated to help me because I signed a document in 1993 for Dept. Of Child Support Serv. Stating I was not represented. I did not know that Mr. Holmes had not finished my divorce a year after we went to court for our final hearing! And I had to sign that document with DCSS in order to collect CS from my deadbeat (I thought) ex husband! So now after 25 years I have to start my divorce all over again and I am out the 3000.00 I paid to Jacoby and Meyers for my incomplete divorce

Mr.Holmes was a gentleman and very knowledgable. He did exactly what he said he would do, exactly when he said he would. I was impressed with how quickly he responded to my many questions. His comunication skills are impeccable. I would and have reccomended him many times.
