My husband Jason & myself went to speak to the DA & Victims Services to request help in regards to to a stalking/harrassiments, and now we have been dealing with Extortion tactics by the very person that we are attempting to have changed going on the 2nd time which we won't elaborate at this time. Ms Rachel Gremminger stated that since she's the Chief of staff of Manitowoc County Sheriff's department's mistress nothing will happen...well guess what....no contact from now the DA. Didn't this County already face enough scrutiny with the Avery/Dasey case? Now we are allowed to literally break the law if you are sleeping with the Chief and then brag about it.
