Enduring a Chapter 11 reorganization is obviously a difficult process. Thank goodness I had Eric Newman and his assistant, Jennifer Miller get me through this most difficult time. Jennifer was there for all the prep work prior to filing while Eric filed on my behalf. Eric was there for all the preparations for the hearings themselves and advised on all the trustees requests. Eric was able to negotiate a very favorable outcome for my company, my creditors and the court. Eric was able to get a "Consensual Agreement" from the creditors which was the best possible outcome. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Paid them to get Chapter 13 bankruptcy started. Filled out paperwork and didn't hear anything for 2 months, just for them to tell us we make to much to file. Asked for the retainer back and received the run arounds for another 4 months. Finally, after calling everyday received a retainer refund which they took out $470 for their review of our paperwork to tell us were not able to file. Find a reputable lawyer, not one that benefits from taking money from those far less fortunate.
