As clients who used this firm and were pleased with them, to say we are now extremely disappointed in the lack of response to a recent issue would be an understatement. After faxing and emailing them describing the issue and asking the cost to write a letter, I was told the email was forwarded to a staff member to review and I would receive a call. Not only did I not receive a call but we got no response to a follow-up email nor a VM I left. I even sent an email telling them if this was something they were not willing to do, a simple email telling us that would have sufficed. But we got nada. Guess we'll have to find a new lawyer.

Easy to work with to get my affairs in order. Excellent cost to have a bundle of documents prepared and filed. I highly recommend them.
