I filed Bankruptcy in 2014. Bob took very good care of me through it all. Years later when I had questions about my credit report I called Bob and he had me come to his office to go over my report and what I had to do. No extra charges. Bob also went above and beyond by making phone calls for me on his own. I will continue to use this law firm in the future if need be. Thank you Bob and Staff for taking such great care of me.

There was a problem with our mortgage company as when our first payment was due after our bankruptcy. When I called to see what to do I kept getting we will look into and get back to you. I kept calling and emailing and did not get any response. I finally after calling and emailing got a hold of someone and they said for them to pursue it I had to pay a 500 dollar retainer. Would of liked to have known this the first time I called and not 4 days before our mortgage company was going to take action. Then I got I am not sure what I am going to be able to do by then I am going out of town tomorrow. I also got I have verification from the trustee that you are the one correct but of course would not send it to me to share with my mortgage company. Through our whole bankruptcy we kept get

Be mindful of any mistakes they make and the balances behind them. Bob will still charge you for his fees even if he make errors with paperwork of files items the court does not recognize.

I've known Bob and the staff for a few years now. I highly recommend them! They're fees are VERY reasonable and they bend over backwards to help their clients!
