Diener Law

It’s been almost a year since my husband had his consultation and paid Diener Law for his FOIA request. They told him it would take only 2–3 months. It’s been nearly twelve, and he still hasn’t received anything. They originally said the service would cost $2,000 but offered a “discount” to $1,500 if he paid right then and there — which he did. Since then, he’s reached out to them multiple times, and most of the time, they don’t even answer. On the rare occasions they do, they just say they’re “working on it” and promise to call back… but never do. This place absolutely sucks. They take your money and do nothing. Horrible experience. Was told one price and then after I made a deposit I was told that I did not qualify for what they were going to do and they needed more money to do it a different way. They said I could have a refund but when I call they know nothing about it. I just want my money back.
