My first experience with a divorce attorney and by far the most traumatizing experience yet. Not only was this attorney incompetent, but she also was rude, argumentative and nasty. She claims she is going to call or reach out to you and never does. Under the circumstances I was in, she was extremely heartless and belittling. As a woman and a fellow Puerto Rican, 1 am disgusted with the treatment I received. I am hurt by the lack of care to my case, and I am disappointed. The reason this practice gets two stars is because of her assistant Andrea, who was the ONLY helpful and responsive person at this practice.
Very professional, always help me with my inconveniences. The best lawyer in town.
Last minute appointment cancelled after took off from work, then they said they will call back in less than an hour and never did! terrible bad impression.
