I would not recommend this place based on my own personal experience. The paralegal assigned to my case was very unresponsive. I sent emails and never got a reply. I called and never would picked up. I was told to leave a voicemail and I did, never got a return call. She couldn’t have possibly overlooked my email since I emailed 3 times and finally called and left a vm few days after . A receipt confirmation wouldn’t take much and would have been enough but no. Their office also required a two week timeline to be able to talk to the attorney handling the case. I called to talk to the Atty handling my case and was directed to talk to my paralegal, who never picked up my call and who never bothered to return my call either. I was very uneasy about the entire process of this legal endeavor. However, the minute I walked in the door, the receptionists were exceedingly nice and kept me informed of how much longer I might have to wait which was just a few minutes. Mr. Black, the attorney I saw, was very cordial and answered my numerous questions and made me feel comfortable. My next appointment was with Kira and she very carefully reviewed the filing and answered any questions I had. This entire team of people were very professional and courteous and I am so glad that I chose them to help me through my financial crisis.

Everyone here in the Hot Springs office is always so very professional, but compassionate and understanding. They are also very prompt. I have never had to wait for any results. April Kersten, has been with me since I had to file in 2017. She is so awesome to work with. April is extremely good at balancing understanding and professionalism. I love the way she explains everything in a way that I can understand it. The recent issue that came up, April was very prompt at returning my call and fixing the issue right away. Everyone in whole staff is amazing! I read previous reviews and they stated I would not feel judged when I called or came in and I trusted it. I am glad I did! I would have been just as well off to file bankruptcy myself. This company has done absolutely nothing helpful in my case I have had to gather most of the information myself and have waisted more time on the phone with them doing their job for them then I even care to think about. They overcharged me on my monthly payments multiple times due to mistakes they made and after hours on the phone all I got was we apologize we do not know how that happened and now I am paying more monthly toward my bankruptcy then I was paying to all of the companies individually. The reason I filed bankruptcy was to consolidate all of my debt to a affordable monthly payment so I could get it all paid off but now I am stuck paying a ridiculous monthly payment that I can not even afford to make.
