My mother used Attorney Diaz for her case. She was rude and disrespectful to her. She spoke to my mother in a condescending manner. She was unprofessional by doing things at the last minute. She would call us a week before court rushing us to gather and sign documents. She is very unorganized. She would ask us to send documents to her that she already received several times. She would act paranoid at times by telling my mother not to say anything on the phone just in case the Callis being recorded I thought that was weird. She was not an easy person to contact. You always got a voicemail and would take weeks to call you back. If you had a question about your case, she would get anxious and tell you not to ask her any questions. I assure you that I consider her as one of the top attorney's in the state of Louisiana....I have also recommended her services to friends and they are also satisfied with her services.

I had the opportunity to use Ms Diaz again for some estate planning. As usual, she came through like a champ and thought so far ahead of where I was and what would be the future of what I needed. I cannot thank her enough for her thinking ahead to my future needs and making sure I was covered as well as my family.

The poster for a terrible lawyer. I wish I could rate her zero stars. Unable to be reached, not informed on the law. Doesn't have time for her clients. Please find another attorney before hiring this one. She actually started by doing Indigent defender cases in Monroe courts, then she decided , "Hey, I know absolutely nothing about running a business or Customer service, so I think I'll open a law office. BAD ATTORNEY!

One of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have ever come across. She handled a bogus collections situation for me and made it all go away. Super talented and very reasonably priced. I’m sure she saved me thousands through her negotiation.
