I highly recommend hiring Diana Harris. She represented me in my divorce and she was very concerned, thorough, punctual, smart and had my best interest at heart. Dianna Harris is an excellent lawyer. She’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it. She’s very ethical and mindful of spending money, and will attempt to be as cost-effective as she can possibly be. She has a fine attention to detail, and thinks well on her feet. She can be tough when she needs to be, and will advocate on your behalf. She’s a straight shooter, and is not afraid to tell anyone, including her clients, when they are in the wrong. The only downside is that as she is on her own and she has a staff of just two paralegals, so sometimes the office can be busy and it can be a bit difficult to get in

I hired Dianna for a modification. She not only was unprepared in court BUT also allowed the opposing counseling to bully her, along with the judge. My ex-husband was in contempt and walked away with MORE than he came in with. I was about to have to pay child support backpay before ME, MYSELF AND I ALONE found the email in opposing counsels submissions where my ex-husband waived the support for the ONE YEAR he had possession of the kids due to work scheduling. DO NOT HIRE THIS INCOMPETENT "ATTORNEY"! I am consulting legal counsel on whether or not to file a complaint with the bar.
