I did not use this business for attorney/legal practice, however I was in the area for the first time from urban Chicago and didn’t have any knowledge on Lake County Pace Buses. I went into this law office to ask if anyone had any information about the bus services outside their business. They could have simply told me no, or could have yelled at me for interfering with their jobs ect, but one individual took his time, walked outside with me and tried to talk with me about what/where I was trying to achieve/go, and while he didn’t know anything about the buses, he at least listened to my concerns and tried helping me. Unfortunately my late father used this lawyer, possibly not aware how prejudiced he is. He was not only unprofessional but disrespectful and prejudiced, even referred to my family as "you people." Not sure why he thought we would work with someone who is prejudiced, especially since he's obviously not the only lawyer in Illinois. Thank God we were able to sort out what we needed to with another lawyer. Beware working with this person.

Michael Caravello has done an unbelievable job for my family. He literally defies every negative stereotype about Attorneys! The genuine way he cares about his clients goes above and beyond! He has visited my Father many times in the hospital, and even consulted with his doctor's. He is extremely well thought of in Lake County and Chicago.
