Recommended one of our consulting clients - Not a thank you from them and my clients were severely overcharged. Paid an initial retainer of 5K and burnt through that on 4 or 5 billable entries and then charge an extra 2.7K for a few short calls and "reviewing a check". A simple thank you for referring the business would have been nice. Never again sending no one your way.

This Law Firm especially one of the 3 (Dewey, Cheetem and How) are the most unscrupulous firm that I have ever dealt with. The Lies that fly out of the mouth of one of the partners are constant and used to his benefit only. He cares nothing about his clients only how much money he can bill you. Beware!!!!!! I can only assume that the other 2 are just as bad as the one that I have dealt with

Be careful because they overcharge - W.Smith 3rd overcharges A LOT. They look at the value of your property and make up an “hourly rate” based on that, like mercenaries. If someone had warned us, we would never have used them. Save your time and money!
