Deppe Law Office

We contacted Mr. Deppe for help with a title change for joint tenancy to avoid probate. He quoted the recording fees and his reasonable fee of $100. After meeting in his office, we felt he intentionally created confusion, asked a lot of self-serving questions that were invasive to us, and promoted his other services. Then he refused to give us the documents after we asked several times. He sent a bill charging $600 with the balance due upon receipt! We then had to hire another attorney for that original document who only charged $85 to handle the title change.

Satisfied to find this level of professional knowledge and action locally. Recommend his services!
