Took our payment Dec 2nd to fix the deed on our hm we are selling. I called many times and kept getting blown off. Finally today March 5th i called again and they told me he was to busy to finish the case. The No was fine,,Waiting 3 months thinking he was handling the job is Unacceptable. Grievances with Columbus about him are many..Don't waste your money!!

Jim will not represent you in your best interest, will not be transparent and his staff lie, I got proof and more proof than they would even think! He submits paperwork without your review and blames the Magistrate or his staff. Also when you call they put you on hold to try and charge you for those mins. I fired him and taking other actions! You will get the run around from him and the staff. I suggest take notes and even get smarter than that. He will also talk to you very poorly, which it was getting so bad I had to take someone with me so they could see it! Lies lies and more lies!!! Not trustworthy one bit! Found out more and looks as if more than one person will be having actions against them!

Negative 0 if it would let me. Very unprofessional and misleading and will charge you an obscure amount of money just to fill his pockets. His secretaries will lead get snotty with you and will hang up on you. He doesn’t have a good work ethics and will never get back with you until he feels like it. I don’t recommend him

I hired Jim end of July I was in a bad motorcycle accident almost 6 months and nothing was done I called Jim many times but the girls in front said I didn't have anything important to talk to him for so they didn't tell him the girls in his office are rude and don't care about the client and don't do there jobs. Got a new lawyer and he done more in a week then they did in 5 months he showed me emails where the insurance company was emailing Jim an the girls 4 times and the insurance company gave up dealing with them because they wouldn't respond. It's not my insurance company and they recommended I get a new lawyer.very unhappy wasted 5 months for nothing.would never recommend this firm

We got put on the back burner quite often. Williams didn’t fight for our case as if it were beneficial to himself. We needed an attorney who valued our time and case. He dangled money over our heads and waited last minute for everything. I know you’re not supposed to get emotionally involved in a case, but you could at least fight a case as if it were your own. I definitely do not recommend this firm.
