Our Attorneys, Dennis P Block & Associates, from the very beginning have been very helpful in bringing a difficult case to almost an end. June of last year 2025, when the Tennant refused to leave the property we bought in Whittier after a 60 day notice expired immediately the case was filed. This Tennant kept on avoiding all and any attempt to come to a resolution. The Tennant instead filed many merit less motions and each time one of Mr. Block’s attorneys was successful in dismissing each motion. This Tennant was so difficult that she even filed against the judge in the Norwalk superior court. We have been using Fennis P Block & Associates for our eviction cases and I have to say Vick our assigned attorney was not only knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair trial and won the case. We highly recommend this firm.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! If I could, I would rate this firm a negative review! Dennis P Block & Associates billed for services that were never rendered! They billed for court dates when they never appeared, and like many other negative reviews, they milk their clients financially (knowing the tenant hasn't paid rent in over 6 months)! They're abusing their authority and taking advantage any way they can!

They charged a big chunk of money. They only put notices on the door. I got my tenant out in less than a week. Not them. They then just left me on my own and said do it myself and go to small claims court. They charge and extra 500 just to answer your call and not be on hold for 3 hours. They even told me they just ignore phone calls after 2 pm and laughed. It’s a year later and zero results on the over paying someone to put a notice on a door. No follow up but them trying to milk me for more money. They are not here for the small people. They had a 4.5 star rating when I called them. Now a 2.5. I usually only post 5 star post unless I feel the company isn’t for the people. I would recommend finding a place that actually cares and gets the results you pay for and rightfully expect.
