I lost $4000 because of Attorney Santola. He did not alert me that the buyer was getting a loan that required a special authorization. He didn't check the timeline of the loan authorization against the timeline of the closing. As a result, I was left hanging with the two properties to pay for a month and a half. This attorney may offer a fixed price but the quality of his work is very poor. Stay away.

Good lawyer can be pricey but you get what you pay for good service have no Complaints
