Delaney Law Office

My husband had a case from 2017 that Delaney was hired for - we thought this was taken care of as Delaney said we didn't need to go to court since we live 4-hours away in Missouri. My husband has been arrested twice now for the same warrant that should’ve been handled by this team. We call and call and leave many messages but no one returns our calls. One month ago 1/27/26 I was able to get Delaney on the phone for a whole 12 seconds, to which he said “just don’t go to Kansas and he won’t get arrested since they’re not going to extradite him”. I advised that my husband works in Kansas and that we’re not trying to dodge the police around every corner and asked him to take care of this. No one returns calls. Multiple calls and messages left over a few weeks time, not a word back.
