We had a great experience closing on the home we recently bought.. Sara was wonderful to work with. She made the closing smooth and easy. Also, she suffered a bike accident the day before our scheduled appointment and broke her collar bone. She still met with us on time despite her injury. I would highly recommend!

Had a rather concerning, frustrating, and disappointing experience with Delamar & Delamar while selling the home of my deceased parents. The amount of spelling errors was atrocious for a law office, let alone anyone in a professional setting. Numerous forms needed to be fixed. When brought to their attention I was told it would be fixed and then come to find out it wasn't. I know we're human and errors happen, but when you're called out on it multiple times and don't fix your mistakes until being told 2-3 times just isn't acceptable. They also don't seem accustomed to working with estates and wrote checks made out to the inheritors, even after being told it was to be written to the estate and the proper paperwork submitted stating so. Had to stop those checks and do another for the estate.

Our sale of our home closing was scheduled for 10/14/25, but did not happen and no one notified us. Apparently it closed on 10/15, but the check for the settlement did not get sent out and no one can tell me where our $356,000 check is. I would not recommend using this at for a real estate closing attorney.

I was recommended to work with Sara on a transfer of a deed. I appreciated how accommodating and quickly she was able to get this done for me. I am from the Raleigh area and did not personally know of an attorney in that area, but I am glad that she was recommended! I would definitely use her again should a need arise.
