First off I want to say how professional Steven and his team are. I have recently purchased my first home and it could be very overwhelming at times. Steven explained everything to me and my boyfriend thoroughly. If I ever had any questions (& trust me I had a lot) I was able to either call the office or email him and he would get back to me with the information right away. I then used him again with my father for his home and just like the first time he met every expectation and more. I am very grateful for Steven Decker and I would recommend him to anyone! Steven Decker and his team, Rob, made my first home-buying process seamless and stress-free. Steven is patient, thorough, and thoughtful. He clearly reviewed all the necessary steps we had to take to close and ensured I was updated throughout. We hit somewhat of a major bump in the road from a seller-side issue and he handled it gracefully and professionally. I don't think I could have asked for a better attorney for this journey!
