I had this pathetic excuse for an attorney represent me over a decade ago. Recently I saw her and it brought back all the terrible memories of court from this clearly paid for by the other side attorney. My children are still damaged from the ramifications of my case and they are now young adults. I see reading her reviews she hasn’t gotten any better. The dumbest mistake of my life was not suing this lady when my case was over for ineffective counsel and lying on my behalf and even making false statements about me when I was her client. You would be better off representing yourself before allowing this woman to do so.

Horrible Attorney/GAL/Person I am a single father in Green Bay, WI, and I represented myself for the first three-quarters of my family case. Ms. Mancoske was appointed as the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in my child custody and placement case. I requested a GAL because the mother was actively alienating me from our daughter and even went so far as to abduct our daughter to a different state—an act that, while not legally defined as child abduction, certainly fits the description of taking someone away by force or deception. Additionally, the mother repeatedly exhibited violent behavior towards me and caused disturbances on a semi-regular basis when I had my daughter. Debra Mancoske is very biased and does not look towards whats best for the children. She has never talk to my kids and take into account what they would like. The only thing she agreed on is what my ex wanted. Even when my ex blatantly lied on the stand under oath she still took her side. She looks at records and not whats best for the kids. I would even go as far as calling her a man hater. I have her as a guardian ad litem and have tried to contact her 10-15 times over the course of 8-12 months and has never returned my phone calls. I read all the comments on her reviews and everything seems to be lined up for exactly what I'm going through. I say this as a truthful father do not and I repeat do not have Debra Mancoske as a guardian ad litem she does not care what's best for the child. I

I’d give Debra Mancoske zero stars if I could. She exhibits extremely rude, unprofessional, and unethical conduct. It’s disheartening to know that someone entrusted with such an important role within the judicial system abuses her power and demonstrates clear bias. She falsifies information and representations, which further raises concerns about her integrity. Overall, based on what I’ve observed, I have serious reservations about this woman’s professionalism and her ethical standards.

The most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She was appointed as the guardian ad litem for my case. I called her office and left messages multiple times. Never called me back. Showed up 10 minutes before my court date and didn’t get any information. Told me that it wouldn’t go my way. She also told me that my son needs a dad and it doesn’t mean he has to be a good one. Please stay away from this “attorney” she shouldn’t even be called that.
