Dean Popkins is representing my brother at this very moment and this month he will be incarcerated for a year, without ever going to court because Dean has been asking for 2 months continuance every court date and before that he just didnt show up to court. He has met my brother one time when he wanted him to take a plea deal. We have called and emailed you, we begged you to drop him as a client and you refuse to do that and still not helping him. Did not fight for me one bit, he told me to plead guilty to something that was not mine, did not offer any other options or Inform me about the programs in place for first time offender's. This so called representation left me with a felony that would haunt me for years and ruin many career paths. After speaking with multiple attorneys years later they could not believe that someone would recommend accepting a felony charge when many programs were available to first time offender's, we did not know any better, we trusted him and he let me down
