We’ve been trying to get in touch with this firm to speak with an attorney. According to them, a legal assistant named Holly was supposed to call us back. It’s been four days, and we still haven’t received a response. We called again, and the receptionist said they couldn’t find our previous message, so we left another one — still no call back. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional that no one returns calls. I don’t understand how this firm has five stars. What a joke.
My experience with this firm was excellent. The representation was great, I was kept informed and everything went smooth. My case was dismissed and now all is well!
