My lawyer is Daniel Walton and his paralegal is Denise A. They are wonderful. Dan has been so compassionate and caring as I navigate a tricky divorce and custody situation. Every time I call him I feel better, which is such a nice feeling. Denise has been on top of it, following up on things and getting issues addressed promptly. It’s been a wonderful experience and highly recommended this law firm and Daniel specifically for family law.

Do not ever use this law firm. They took my case but the lawyer that they assigned to represent me did not show any of the evidence that would of won my case or listened to anything I told them. Then that lawyer left there law firm and all of a sudden they tell me they are withdrawing from my case because they have no other lawyer that can represent me(but they claim on website that they take on civil cases). Left me to find an attorney and I couldn't find one so when I went in front of judge prose it gets dismissed. Even though judge didn't say if it's with or without prejudice. I gave my attorney lapel video evidence that shows perfectly the defendants were in wrong and my attorney or the law firm whoever is held accountable never presented it in court. I had very negative experiences using this firm. I had a very straightforward case that this firm had for several years. They neglected to move my case forward and kept assigning me to new associates until finally after like 20k in legal fees they sent me a letter saying they wouldn’t represent me anymore because their associate was leaving their firm. I found a new attorney that had my case settled in a matter of a couple months for a fraction of the cost. My new attorney couldn’t believe how poorly my case was handled. If you like paying bills and seeing your case go nowhere then you’ve found a great fit. If that’s not your thing keep looking.
