I had Mr Davis as a court appointed attorney who failed to represent me even after I did all of the research for my own case and visited him for presentation of the evidence at his Crossville office. He was difficult to get a hold of and was often silent in the courtroom, not bothering to use any of the evidence or research I had presented him in my defense. If you need legal help in matters concerning your precious children, look anywhere else!

I sat down with Michael Stooksbury and right away I was aware of his professionalism but he had this warmness as well. I could tell he really cared about my case. Which is good when looking for an attorney because so many just look at you like walking money. He really listened and got straight to the point and didn’t hold back with the realities and options I had. And all within such a timely manner i was shocked at how much happened so fast! I highly recommend him to anyone!!

After 3 years of getting nowhere on our case with another attorney, we hired Mr. Davis. He has done more for us in a few months than we ever imagined possible and in a professional and caring manner. He is extremely knowledgeable in the law and carefully plans out our case. We could not recommend him more highly. My only regret is that we didn’t hire him sooner.

I retained Tyler Davis for my divorce and he wasn’t a great legal representative. I have to take my ex wife back to court for contempt of court because she won’t sale the house. He told me 3 months ago that he would make her pay for all fees being she is in contempt. The last 3 months I have left several messages for Tyler with no response and finally his secretary calls back and says I have to pay another retainer fee of $2000 to take her back to court. Tyler Davis is not a good legal representative and does not care about his clients except for the payment. Good luck.
